Study in the U.S.

Thailand has a long tradition of sending its students overseas to study, and particularly to the United States. Thai students are a major contingent of the foreign student population at many U.S. colleges and universities. With approximately 9,000 Thai students in the United States in 2007/2008, Thailand ranked 10th among the top sources of international students at American institutions of higher learning. A total of 623,805 international students came to the United States to study in 2007/2008 at more than 3,000 accredited colleges and universities throughout the country. Of these students, 61 percent came from Thailand or other Asian countries. Please click here for the list of Educational Advising Centers in Bangkok.
