US Embassy Bangkok’s visa section makes every effort to facilitate travel for legitimate business purposes.  For business expedite requests or questions about E-2 visas, you may contact our business e-mail address, bangkokbusinesstravel@state.gov.  If you are requesting an expedite, the email subject should read:  Request to Expedite a Non-Immigrant Visa Appointment. Please include appointment confirmation number, full name, contact telephone number, and the reason an earlier appointment is required. Please do not re-send your request.

Notice to APEC Card Holders: APEC Business Travel Card Holders may request expedited service on a non-appointment basis on Monday and Wednesday only, between 1:30 – 3 pm (except Thai and American holidays.) All other requirements for visa applications must be met in order to take advantage of this special expedited appointment channel for APEC cardholders.
