Hours of Operation
The American Citizen Services unit is open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., except Thai and American holidays. (In addition, the consular section is closed to the public on the last Friday of every month.) Be sure to bring your passport for identification when you come. If you're going to be in Thailand for any extended period of time, please register with us. Registration is to your advantage in that it will enable us to locate you in case of a family emergency, and helps keep us better informed of the number and location of American citizens in the event of a large-scale emergency. We are required by law to keep any information you give us completely confidential, and will release it ONLY when authorized by you to do so.
