Regional English Language Office

John Scacco serves as Regional English Language Officer for Burma, Cambodia, Laos, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.  He has previously served in Washington, D.C. and Rabat, Morocco.   Prior to joining the U.S. Department of State, he taught, trained teachers, or directed language schools in Japan, Turkey, Thailand, Yemen, Kazakhstan and the USA.

RELO Assistant
Phanisara (Nina) Logsdon is a Cultural Affairs Specialist and the RELO Assistant at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok.  She has an M.A. in Bicultural Bilingual Studies /TESL from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
