Educational Exchange Program

The Cultural Unit of the U.S. Embassy works closely with the other elements of the U.S. Mission, as well as with a wide range of Thai public and private organizations to encourage broader understanding of the United States and its relationship with Thailand through educational exchange.

Thailand-U.S. Educational Foundation: The Thailand-United States Educational Foundation (TUSEF) aims to further mutual understanding between the people of the United States of America and Thailand by a wider exchange of knowledge and professional talents through educational contacts.

Fulbright Program: The Fulbright Program was established in the United States in 1946 and aims to strengthen understanding and communication between the United States and other nations through educational exchanges.

Humphrey Fellowships: Founded in 1978 in honor of the late Senator and Vice-president, the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program brings to the United States accomplished mid-level professionals from designated countries that have a wide range of development needs.
